Christmas Treats - Chocolate Pretzel Bites

The kids were happy to help make another Christmas treat.  These were really easy to make and easy for the kids to help with.  These will be going into our goodie baskets to share with friends and family.

All you need are:

a bag of small pretzels
chocolate melting wafers
M & M candies

Lay out the pretzels on a cookie sheet.  Place a chocolate wafer on top of the pretzels.  Put them in a 225 degree oven for about two minutes.  You just want the chocolate to melt a little bit.  Remove from the oven and then place an M &  M candy on top of the softened chocolate.  Then place the cookie sheets in the freezer to cool the chocolate more quickly.  I actually put mine outside for a bit as it was cold enough to cool them that way.

Judah took a break from helping with the pretzels and decided to plaster Caleb's back with stickers instead!

 Ready for the oven.

 Busy with another tray.

With the M & M candies.  A quick, easy, and yummy treat!
